The Grounded Project is an organisation that works with young adults primarily from a refugee background interested in music and the arts.
Students from Springvale and Dandenong secondary schools were partnered with established musicians in mentoring relationships to develop their musical abilities. A CD was created showcasing the talents of some of the musicians, and a concert was run at The Castle, Dandenong. I am a founding member of Grounded and developed the Grounded identity across printed media, as well as creative direction of the CD and strategic advice for the organisation of the concert.
