<PRINTISDEAD,LONGLIVEPRINT/> documents research into digital and physical typographic environments.
Through the course of first and second semester 2009, I examined typography in our physical and digital worlds. As a way of taking typography back from the screen and into reality, I created and illustrated the phrase '<PRINTISDEAD,LONGLIVEPRINT/>' typographically. A large format poster showcasing the work was installed in Melbourne CBD, with the entire process documented in an accompanying bespoke publication, for which I was awarded membership in the International Society of Typographic Designers.
